STEP 1: Unplug the cables from behind the scanner.
STEP 2: Restart the computer.
STEP 3: After restarting, Log in to the computer.
STEP 4: Wait for the desktop icons to load.
STEP 5: Plug the cables back into the scanner.
STEP 6: Try to Scan!
